Monte secured the 7th position in the ESL ranking after making it to the quarter-finals of ESL Pro League Season 18

Today, the tournament operator ESL released a fresh global ranking after the conclusion of the ESL Pro League Season 18! Below we will discuss the most significant changes in the ranking.

Before moving on to the changes, it should be noted that Team Vitality still holds the top spot in the ranking!

Main changes:

  1. ENCE has overtaken G2 Esports and now occupies the second position in the ranking.
  2.   MOUZ climbed eight spots and is now in 4th place, pushing Heroic down to fifth.
  3.   Natus Vincere and Monte rose by one and four spots respectively. Now, NAVI is in the sixth position, and Monte is in the seventh.
  4.   Cloud9 and FaZe Clan dropped by four and one positions respectively. Cloud9 is in 9th, and FaZe Clan is in 10th.  
 
 

However, those were the main changes in the ESL ranking. It should also be mentioned that Eternal Fire climbed to the thirteenth spot, surpassing 31 teams. Moreover, Movistar Riders overtook 56 teams and secured the 14th position in the world's best teams ranking.
