A complete overhaul of the roster before season resumes.
Movistar Riders, who moved a famous in-game leader “steel” to the bench and released “shokz” last week, decided to bench their biggest star, “smooya”. British AWPer is going to remain on the bench until another organisation decides to pay a nominal fee to active a buyout clause.
Meanwhile, Spanish team is going to rebuild around “alex” and “mopoz”, while a trio of Iberian Family will join them in the main lineup. “DeathZz” will come back to Movistar Riders few years later, “SunPayus” is finally going to get his chance to prove himself in the highest tier of competition, while “dav1g” will fill the gaps left by “shokz” and “steel”.
Movistar Riders have qualified for the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown and will participate in ESEA Premier Season 39 later this month, before trying to snatch a spot at PGL Major Stockholm 2021.
