Tournament operator PGL announced the results of the draw for the closed qualifiers for the European RMR tournaments to the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 in CS2. The announcement was made on the company's social networks.
Participants in the closed stage were divided into two groups of 16 teams each. Each group contains eight teams that secured the highest places in the Valve ranking, and eight that passed through open qualifiers. Group A includes Natus Vincere, Cloud9, Fnatic, and BIG. Group B will feature Astralis, Heroic, MOUZ, and EYEBALLERS.
The closed qualifiers for the RMR to the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 for Europe will take place from January 18 to 20 online. The top eight teams from each group will advance to the RMR. Teams that finish 9-11th in the closed qualifiers will participate in an additional selection stage, where five more slots for the RMR will be contested.
