NaVi go over G2 at Blast Premier World Final

The French team leave the tournament.

Another round of the lower bracket at Blast Premier World Final 2021 has started with an incredible standoff. NaVi overcame G2 to advance to the lower final.

The first map was Nuke and NaVi weren’t confident enough on their pick. NaVi’s Nuke was no longer an ultimate weapon after Vitality ended their win streak on this map. And the game against G2 was more difficult than they expected. The CIS team have shown a strong T side but had some problems with finishing the game when the sides switched. However, NaVi managed to gain focus and win the map with a score of 16-14.

Inferno has become the longest game of the tournament so far. NaVi seized early advantage but G2 managed to come back to transfer the game into intense overtime. The French team showed their strength and managed to win the second map with a score of 22-19 to get even.

However, the last map of the match became a nightmare for G2. NaVi fully dominated this Mirage and finished the decider with a score of 16-4.

G2 leave the tournament taking 5-6th place while NaVi are waiting for the winner of the Liquid vs Astralis standoff.
