So far, the information has not been confirmed by Perfecto or NAVI, so it can be considered hearsay. However, there are indirect confirmations.

In April 2020, Perfecto's page on Liquipedia displayed two flags: Ukrainian and Russian. Also, after signing with NAVI, the player immediately moved to Kyiv, meaning he has been living in Ukraine for quite a long time. Therefore, most likely, the Russian has the right to Ukrainian citizenship.
