Apeks player Ådne "sense" Frederiksen shared his thoughts on his role in the team and evaluated Damian "kyxsan" Stoilkovski as a captain in an interview following the team's successful entry into the playoffs of ESL Challenger at DreamHack Atlanta 2023. Sense noted that he has developed significantly as a player since joining the Rebels, the academic lineup of Apeks. I think I evolved a lot. When I first joined Rebels, I had some different roles. I became an IGL and now that I got a call up to the main team, I'm playing in the lurker and anchor position, so it's been a fun journey.I mean kyxsan is one of the best IGLs I have been under.
