ENCE Captain Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer gave an interview to BLAST. In it, the Dane talked about how important it was to qualify for BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023, which will take place in Copenhagen. Snappi noted that if ENCE were a Danish team, the priority of this tournament would be higher.
It would have meant a lot to me since it’s in Copenhagen. Had we been a Danish team, then the priorities would have been different for sure. But we had to protect ourselves and make sure nobody burns out before we reach Christmas, so we didn’t prioritise this event. It’s really tough for non-BLAST teams to prioritise any events within that circuit, because the chances of making it are not worth the energy spent, that could be spent elsewhere.Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer
ENCE missed the chance to participate in BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023 by losing in the qualification semifinals to BIG. In addition to the Germans, Cloud9 advanced to the final of BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2023.
BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023 will take place from November 22 to 26 and will have a prize pool of $425,000. Participation is already guaranteed for Ninjas in Pyjamas, Heroic, Natus Vincere, Vitality, FaZe and Astralis.
