Sniper m0NESY and support FalleN – who else made it to the “Dream Team” of PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 from Bo3.gg?

Despite all the obstacles that were in PGL's way, they were still able to show us an incredible show and now, as sad as it may be, the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 has come to its logical conclusion. The Ukrainian organization Natus Vincere made history by winning the first-ever major in Counter-Strike 2. And for our website's readers, we have put together the Dream Team for the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024.

This time, our Dream Team includes some unexpected players, whom we will talk about today.

Sniper — m0NESY

The young sniper from G2 Esports, Ilya m0NESY Osipov, as always, demonstrated a phenomenal level of play at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, which is why he made it into our dream team. Ilya became the best sniper of the championship, with his AWP rating being 0.406. But that's not the only area where the young sniper excelled.

m0NESY's average rating over 12 maps was 7.1, the best result among all tournament players. Ilya managed to win just one clutch in a one-vs-three situation, and as many as eight in one-vs-one situations.

The young sniper's multi-kill stats are as follows:

  • 7 quad kills
  • 12 triple kills per round
  • 13 double kills per round

Moreover, he managed to make one ACE during the tournament.

Clutcher — ropz

FaZe Clan rifler, Robin ropz Kool, performed excellently in the role of the team's clutcher at this tournament. Throughout the tournament, he managed to win one clutch in a one-vs-four situation, as well as four in one-vs-two situations. Just look at this one-vs-four clutch, where he also made an ACE:

It's also important to note that over 17 played maps, his average rating was 6.0, and his multi-kill stats are as follows:

  • 7 quad kills
  • 10 triple kills per round
  • 39 double kills per round

MVP — jL

Natus Vincere's rifler, Justinas "jL" Lekavicius, deserves a monument for all those moments when he single-handedly saved the team from elimination. His average rating over 15 played maps was 6.8. Moreover, he ranked ninth in the headshot best shooters rating of the tournament with a headshot percentage of 52.7%.

This guy also ranked 13th among the best riflers with AK-47 and even 5th with Deagle, with a rating of 0.031. Overall, it was an incredible tournament for jL, during which he even managed to make an ACE:

His multi-kill stats are as follows:

  • 2 quad kills
  • 16 triple kills per round
  • 49 double kills per round

Add to this 1 clutch in a one-vs-three situation, 3 in two-vs-one situations, and 3 in one-vs-one situations.

Entry-fragger – XANTARES

At this championship, Eternal Fire surprised everyone. For the first time in history, the Turkish team reached the playoffs stage of a major. Nevertheless, their participation was short-lived, as they lost to the NAVI team in the first quarterfinal match. Despite this, İsmailcan "XANTARES" Dörtkardeş managed to rank among the best players of the tournament.

Playing eight maps, XANTARES's average rating was 6.6, showcasing outstanding gameplay with AK-47 and ranking second among the best shooters with this rifle, with a rating of 0.414. Throughout the tournament, XANTARES won one clutch facing two opponents and showed impressive multi-kill stats.

  • 1 quad kill
  • 9 triple kills per round
  • 15 double kills per round

Support - FalleN

Furia Esports' sniper, Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, despite all the team's failures, made it into our dream team as support, not a sniper. Throughout the tournament, his support rating was 0.073.

On average, his flashbangs blinded opponents for 3.92 seconds. And his Molotov rating was 3.77. In general, by all indicators, this is above average, which is why we took the Brazilian legend into our team.

But if we look at his main stats, things are not so rosy, as over 5 played maps, his average rating only reached a mark of 5.8. And he did not stand out in any other way.
