stavn and jabbi shared their version regarding the situation around the transition to Astralis

The story of the scandalous departure of two Heroic players to Astralis has gained a new chapter. Martin "stavn" Lund and Jakob "jabbi" Nygaard released a joint statement that sheds light on the previously voiced version of Heroic about the players' transfers. This statement turned out to be in direct contradiction to the statements made by Heroic two months ago.

Stavn and jabbi deny that they were the initiators of replacing Kasper "cadiaN" Møller from the team, claiming that they did not participate in internal discussions that led to his expulsion. According to them, on September 13, stavn contacted the management of Heroic and cadiaN solely to express his thoughts about the unsuccessful period. However, the next day, other players and coaches decided to remove cadiaN.

The players also noted that they had no prior agreements with Astralis and planned to stay in Heroic until they learned about the team's potential plans to build a new lineup around cadiaN. This caused them to feel distrust and prompted them to consider other options. They confirmed that they signed a contract with Astralis only after the completion of the transfer agreement between the teams.

Stavn and jabbi also mentioned that the offer from Astralis came on September 29. This offer opened up the possibility to reunite with their former coach Kasper Straube and become part of an influential organization.

In the final part of their statement, the duo expressed their position regarding their former team, emphasizing that they never planned to harm Heroic or cadiaN. They assert that their decision to leave the team was due to serious changes in the project and personal beliefs.
