Vitality and Virtus.pro invited to the main stage of IEM Katowice

The last ESL Pro Tour event of the year has been finished and ESL announced the full list of participants of the first IEM in 2022.

Vitality and Virtus.pro have shown decent results at IEM Winter 2021. Vitality were dominating the tournament and took the championship without any difficulties winning the Grand Final with a score of 3-0. Virtus.pro destroyed all opponents in the group stage and advanced directly to the semifinal but unfortunately lost to Vitality with a score of 2-0 taking 3-4th place alongside G2.

These performances guaranteed both teams an invite to the first big event of the next season – IEM Katowice 2022. They will start the tournament from the main stage.
