VP bench "SANJI", bring "FL1T" for PGL Major Stockholm 2021

A massive change.

With PGL Major Stockholm 2021 being scheduled to begin in few days, everyone was focused on the recent patch, stickers and other bonuses, which were added by Valve. However, one of the participating teams stole the show with a blockbuster move.

Virtus.pro, the reigning Major vice-champions while still being under the AVANGAR banner, have announced that they are going to make a roster change right before the event. Unlike Astralis, who have reintroduced “gla1ve” to the lineup over “Bubzkji”, VP went with an absolute bomb, as they benched “SANJI” for “FL1T”, who was not associated with the “bears” at all before the tournament. While the move to replace “SANJI” is not surprising, as the support player was on a chopping block for months, it was rumoured to happen after the Swedish event with the ex-forZe star coming in to replace a veteran.

Due to that change, Virtus.pro and Entropiq are going to swap the seeds in the first stage of the PGL Major Stockholm, as VP will take on the Brazilian roster of paiN Gaming in the opening match, while Entropiq and BIG are going to clash with each other for a chance to start “1-0”.
