"We have no idea what's going on and we just need to keep enjoying ourselves" — karrigan on possible Twistzz team departure

After winning the final, Finn "karrigan" Andersen, the captain of FaZe Clan, addressed the future plans of the team while standing on stage with the trophy. He touched upon the rumors about the imminent departure of rifler Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken from the team. Twistzz himself also joined this discussion.

It is increasingly rumored that Twistzz is likely to return to his former team, Team Liquid. However, these rumors have yet to be officially confirmed.

According to Dust2.us, citing their sources, FaZe player Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken is close to returning to Liquid. Additionally, it's reported that the Canadian player received an offer from Vitality but declined it, as he is specifically interested in rejoining his former team.

karrigan:

We have no idea what's going on and we just have to keep enjoying ourselves. I think we just enjoy playing with each other. We've had our fair share of ups and downs, and I knew that when CS2 came out, we'd regain the happiness of playing with each other and evolving. It's hard to put myself in that position. But what can I do? We have to leave the situation to fate. So let's just enjoy what we have achieved today.

After which Twistzz also answered the same question:

Another comeback in the bag. [Many more comebacks ahead?] (Pauses, laughs) I think we have a good chance at the next tournament, but we need to work hard.

Let's recall that the North American organization FaZe Clan won their second LAN championship in the history of Counter-Strike 2 — CS Asia Championships 2023! Thus, they became the champions of CS Asia Championships 2023 and won $250,000!

The CS2 Asia Championships 2023 took place from November 8th to 12th in Shanghai, China. The teams competed for a total prize pool of $500,000. The results of the competition can be tracked here.
