Jingg returns to the main roster of Paper Rex in Valorant

On March 29th, Paper Rex brought Wang "Jinggg" Jie back to the main Valorant lineup, moving Cahya "Monyet" Nugraha to the bench.

The player left the team at the most inopportune moment — after Paper Rex almost lifted the Valorant Champions 2023 trophy. His departure was due to mandatory military service. Cahya "Monyet" Nugraha joined in his place, while Wang "Jinggg" Jie was moved to the bench.

The return of Wang "Jinggg" Jie significantly strengthens the current lineup, as the player was one of the best at the last world championship and has been playing for the team since 2021, indicating their high level of cohesion and mutual understanding.

The team's next match is just around the corner — scheduled for April 7th in the VCT 2024: Pacific Stage 1. Paper Rex will compete with the other 10 top teams from the Pacific region for three slots at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: Masters Shanghai.
