fnatic Rising get their revenge on VP Prodigy, to group B final

Second full set in a span of few days.

VP Prodigy and fnatic Rising have already faced each other few days ago, as the CIS squad prevailed to start their campaign in WePlay Academy League Season 2, but now both clashed again in a consolidation final.

This time Ancient, which was picked by fnatic Rising again, went the way of the European squad, as they scored ten rounds on the offensive side of the map and closed the game, “16-9”. Vertigo, however, did not turn out any differently, as VP Prodigy once again ran rampant on the sites and secured a convincing “16-5” to force a decider on Overpass. The CIS team looked in control of the match, as they led “9-6” after their offensive half, but defence got absolutely smothered by fnatic Rising, as the European mix won “16-12” to advance to the group finals.

VP Prodigy will now be in the last chance bracket, while fnatic Rising are going to play mouz NXT for a direct slot at the LAN finals.
