Liquid, Complexity, TeamOne, and Bad News Bears qualify for Americas RMR
Four more teams have earned the spots at the RMR event.
The first North American RMR open qualifier has come to a close, and four more participants of the RMR cycle have been decided.
Liquid, Complexity, TeamOne, and Bad News Bears qualified for the Americas RMR event. The deciding matches weren’t close except the GODSENT vs TeamOne clash. The first map of the standoff ended 16-14 in favor of TeamOne. However, GODSENT fought back on the second map, and the match was transferred to the decider. TeamOne were stronger and eliminated GODSENT to take the spot.
The other clashes ended quickly. Liquid knocked Strife out 2-0 with 16-5 on both maps. Complexity won ATK in 2 maps, and Bad News Bears took down Mythic.
Evil Geniuses and GODSENT didn’t manage to qualify for the RMR. Evil Geniuses were eliminated in the first round of the qualifier, while GODSENT were one step away from the spot.
There is only one chance for these teams left as the last North American qualifier starts today with three spots to be distributed.
