In the qualifying tournament for PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: American RMR, teams MIBR and Legacy secured the top spots and guaranteed their participation in the LAN stage of the qualifiers for PGL Major Copenhagen 2024.
At PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: South American Qualifier, the teams showcased impressive gameplay, achieving a 3:0 score in the Swiss system by defeating three opponents. This allowed them to secure the top positions in the qualifiers and earn tickets to the next stage. In the decisive matches, MIBR successfully defeated team BESTIA, while Legacy overcame RED Canids.
PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: American RMR will take place in Monterrey from March 1 to 4. The tournament will feature 16 teams from South and North America, with only the top five securing spots at the major.
The rest of the teams from South America, including paiN, Imperial, BESTIA, RED Canids, Fluxo, and 9z, will continue their fight for the remaining five slots for the region. However, other teams at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: South American Qualifier are also demonstrating quality gameplay and might surprise their well-known opponents.
