NiP win group B at BLAST Premier Fall

Despite both teams advancing, Ninjas in Pyjamas and BIG had to play one more game during the BLAST Premier Fall group stage, as they had to determine the seeding for the Fall Finals in it.

Once again starting on Dust2, this time it was a way better start for BIG, as the German-Danish side ran rampant on their offence and switched sides at the break with the seven rounds lead. NiP, however, were not deterred in their efforts of putting a comeback together, but BIG still managed to close it on the defence in the last round of regulation, “16-14”. Moving to Mirage, BIG seeked a clean sweep, as they led “13-10”, but the Scandinavian roster got an non-full buy win to take control of the economy game and put six rounds in a row on the scoreboard to force a decider map, “16-13”. Inferno, once again, turned out to be all about Ninjas in Pyjamas, as they reset BIG’s economy instantly after losing the first pistol round for a monstrous “13-2” score at the break before closing it out, “16-5” for the “2-1” series win.

Now both Ninjas in Pyjamas and BIG will prepare for the IEM Fall, as slots at the PGL Major Stockholm are still available and will be held before the Fall Finals during the BLAST Premier Fall season resumes with its final stage in November.
