The Fifth Season of Weplay Academy League Has Been Announced
Tournament operator, WePlay has announced the fifth season of the Academy League. The championship will be held from July 25 to August 14. The competition, like last season, will be held online, and the prize fund will be $100,000.
The tournament's group stage will take place from July 25 to August 7 (possible replays will take place on August 8), the Gauntlet stage will take place on August 9-10, and the playoffs will take place at 12:14 August. The championship will feature NAVI Junior, Young Ninjas, MOUZ NXT, BIG Academy, Astralis Talent, Fnatic Rising, ENCE Academy, OG Academy, 00PROSPECTS, Apeks Rebels, Young Gods, FURIA Academy, Spirit Academy, and Eternal Fire Academy.
Previously, four seasons of the WePlay Academy League have passed. All four, in different compositions, were won by MOUZ NXT.
