Wildcard drop four players, aiming to sign stanislaw

Four players have left the Counter-Strike 2 roster of the American Wildcard organization. The club is planning to sign the core of the Forsaken team with Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz at the helm.

Wildcard decided to retain only Keller "SLIGHT" Neilan from the old roster. He will be joined by four Forsaken players, only Jerric "wiz" Jiang will not be part of the new roster, according to Dust2.us.

The organization did not explain such a drastic decision, which was made after a three-week trip to Europe, where it took part in the Thunderpick World Championship 2023 and United21 Season 7.

Updated Wildcard roster:

  • Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz
  • Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk
  • Gage "Infinite" Green
  • Josh "JBa" Barutt
  • Keller "SLIGHT" Neilan
  • Matt "Warden" Dickens (coach)

The former Wildcard core, which guaranteed itself participation in the ESL Challenger League Season 46: North America, is going to continue playing together and is currently looking for a fifth player. In addition, this roster has a slot at the ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023: North American Qualifier, where he will compete for a slot in the LAN tournament with a $100,000 prize pool.
