USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you whether personally or on behalf of an entity (the "User", or “You”) and the company "DINAH HOLDINGS LIMITED" (the "Organizer") regarding your access to and participation in the CS2 skins giveaway (the "Giveaway").
By participating in the Game, you agree and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you are expressly prohibited from accessing and participation in the Giveaway and you must discontinue the use of it immediately.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Giveaway is held on the website https://bo3.gg/ (the "Site").
1.2. This Agreement and any accompanying documents (if any) are effective and binding on You whenever You use the Site.
1.3. You acknowledge and accept that this Agreement and any accompanying documents and/or the Giveaway are subject to change, modifications, amendments, alterations or supplements at any time without prior written notice, at Organizer’s sole discretion. Your continued use of the Giveaway after any amendments or alterations of this Agreement and any accompanying documents thereto shall constitute Your consent and acceptance of any such changes, modifications, amendments, alternations or supplements. The date of the most recent amendments and alterations will be indicated at the top of this Agreement.
1.4. You acknowledge and accept that the Organizer reserves the right at any time, in its sole and complete discretion, to modify or to temporarily or permanently suspend or eliminate the Giveaway, and/or disable any access to the Giveaway for any reason.
1.5. To participate in the Giveaway, the User must register on the website and participate in the Pick'em game.
1.6. The essence of the game is to collect points by guessing the progress of CS2 teams in the next stages of the groups and playoffs of the tournament where the Pick’em game is available. The number of points is described on the Pick'em page.
1.7. Depending on the number of points collected, Users receive prizes - Game items (skins), which are digital content (virtual items). The parties hereby explicitly agree that the skins referred to herein are not goods within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and, due to their specificity, do not fall under the general right of the consumer to return.
1.8. A certain skin is provided for each place. If several Users score the same number of points and reach the prize place, the Organizer has the right to replace the skin provided for this place with several, the total cost of which is similar to the original prize.
2. Terms of Participation in the Giveaway
2.1. To participate in the Giveaway, the User must:
Be over the age of 18.
Register on the website https://bo3.gg/.
Participate in the Pick'em game.
2.2. To register on the website, the User must provide the following information:
User name;
Email address;
2.3. To participate in the Pick'em game, the User must guess the progress of CS2 teams in the next stages of the groups and playoffs of the of the tournament where the Pick’em game is available. The number of points for each guessed team is described on the Pick'em tab on the tournament page.
3. Prizes
3.1. The prizes of the Giveaway are Game items (skins), which are digital content (virtual items), are not goods within the meaning of the "Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and, due to their specificity, do not fall under the general right of the consumer to return.
3.2. A certain skin is provided for each place.
4. Determination of the Winners
4.1. The winners of the Giveaway are the Users who have scored the most points.
4.2. If several Users score the same number of points and reach the prize place, the Organizer has the right to replace the skin provided for this place with several, the total cost of which is similar to the original prize.
5. Announcement of the Winners
5.1. The winners of the Giveaway will be announced on the website https://bo3.gg/ no later than 7 days after the end of the tournament where the Pick’em game is available.
5.2. Using the email address under which winner were registered, he must send the trade-url link of its Steam account to [email protected] no later than 7 days after the results are announced. Otherwise, the organizer is released from its obligations to send the prizes to the winner.
5.3 The organizer is obliged to send the corresponding prize no later than 14 days after receiving the Steam trade url from the winner.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Any trademarks, logos, skins, artworks and other objects of intellectual property (either registered or unregistered), represented on the Site and/or Giveaway, belong to Organizer and there are no implied licenses to use them, unless otherwise stipulated by the Organizer. The mentioned objects may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part, without the permission of the Organizer.
6.2. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information by name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the Site. Thus, the Organizer accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the information (including images, logos, skins, trademarks, slogans, etc.) about its activities or about third parties’ activities published on the Site.
7. Other Terms
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Giveaway in the event of force majeure.
7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical problems that may arise during the Giveaway.
7.3. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement may be disqualified from the Giveaway.
7.4. In case the Giveaways is organized by a third party, notwithstanding a possible use of the Site therein, the Organizer we shall not be liable for inappropriate organization thereof.
7.5. The Organizer shall have a right to withhold the delivery of Giveaway until the necessary information is provided by the User, as well as Organizer shall have a right to cancel a Giveaway to a specific User if such User and/or its actions do not comply with the applicable rules, including, but not limited to fraud actions, provision of wrongful data etc.
7.6. Any violation of this Agreement entitles Organizer to exclude the respective User from participation in Giveaway. If bots or like-fraud are used to participate in the Giveaway, the User can also be excluded from the Giveaway
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Agreement is valid from the moment of its publication on the website https://bo3.gg/.
8.2. The Organizer has the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice to Users.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the participant and the Organizer regarding the Giveaway.
